個個飽滿晶亮，含在嘴裡滿口充實感。
輕輕一推舌尖，壓炸水較皮，銀瓶乍破水漿迸，一股熱流瞬間流出，
隨後湯汁的香氣盈滿口鼻。配上特製的蒜蓉酸辣醬汁，美味不在話下。
於是一顆接著一顆，十顆元寶就這樣吃光了。
還好我之前有先吃了生菜沙拉打底，要不然只吃十顆水餃還真不滿足。
我買的是味全山東手藝水餃，一包30顆裝，分成三次吃剛好，順便減減肥
吃飽了，算是圓滿結束2006年的晚餐，繼續向2007年邁進。

今年最後一餐
繼昨天牛肉麵之後，今天再接再厲推出水餃大餐。

悠閒的週六
懷著聖誕假期大旅行之後久未工作的愧疚心情。趁著週末，到學校走走。
結果遇到Ryoko(自從她先生無預警的去世以後，她努力要獨力在美國生活。她目前在UCSD Music Department Part time 演出)。於是就聊了一下，她最近有什麼困難。
由於需要經濟來源，所以他要把她家裡的兩間房間出去。她先前已經貼了一個廣告到Craigslist了，結果因為不知道市場價格，開價過低，每天接了二三十通電話。經過詳細討論之後，我發現應該要先把三間房間都整理出來。然後依照大小，以及有無獨立衛浴，制定不同價格。這樣才能收得合理的價格。我決定明天去她家拜訪，看看環境甚至幫忙整理一下，才知道怎樣的定價是合理的。
另外，我還幫她在Nordstrom百貨公司的網站，申請了一個鋼琴師的工作。希望能有好結果。雖然到美國已經有七年了，可是英文不是很好，因為表演與作曲的工作並不需要用到太多的英文，然後他之前又跟先生住在一起，生活有人照顧。一下子從雲端到谷底，現在他得學開車，學英文，自食其力。外表上和善，內心卻相當堅強。

Beef Noodle Gathering
It has been my 3rd time to cook beef noodle since I came to the United States. Each time I got more experience on the timing control, ingredients selection and step-simplification. Currently, I use beef, carrot, fresh mushroom, Chinese cabbage with soy sauce, sugar and pot stew herb.
A special Taiwanese fresh noodle are used instead of general dried one.
尚文 and 威明 are invited to enjoy the dinner together. After enjoying the noodle, we finished 2 cans of Häagen-Dazs ice cream, fresh cut apples (brought by 威明) and finally enjoyed some black tea. It's a pity that I don't have cable TV at home. Maybe I should buy a Wii so that we can have more fun in a home-party.
La Jolla is almost an empty town in the New Year holiday. We would like to gather more people. But most of our friends are out of town. 尚文 just came from Taiwan and I just return from a 2-week trip, while 威明 is the only guy that stay throughout the holiday. We all respect his hardworking attitude.

Time Flies
Wow, it has been 1 year since last post.
And I have already finished my first quarter in UC San Diego.
I decided to start to writing my story here instead of Ptt2, and
learn to express my mood in English.
Since most of my new friends here @ San Diego does not use BBS.
Hopefully, the message here can be spread simultaneously using mailpost to BBS.
I have updated my homepage, too. Basically, it's a duplication of my old homepage in NTU.
But I updated my photo and biography. Hope this helps my continuing searching for prospective adviser.
And I have already finished my first quarter in UC San Diego.
